Conducted extensive research on the prevention, control, and transmission of infectious diseases. Oversaw annual federal grant process from proposal stage through completion. Drafted grant and collaborated with groups for its distribution. Liaised with and provided assistance to diverse publics to ensure implementation of best practices in service delivery. Maintained policies and procedures about standards of care to facilitate greater client access. Served as administrator for submission of federal and state report data. Actively participated in HIV conferences and grant management workshops.

- Helped transition State’s client-level database to ensure federal reporting accuracy of 95%, an increase from 50% the previous year.
